Naguy Kashane takes care of the whole process of design by herself. All the jewels are handmade. She sketches her jewels. She also chooses the raw materials fitting her inspirations and makes sure that their origins is certified by her providers. Then she starts the crafting process in her studio based in Brussels. 

Sticking to her philosophy, she decided to opt for an organic production. She believes in quality and singularity, rather than quantity and impersonality.

The design process and the delivery timing accordingly depends on different factors.

Jewel in stock : if your jewel is in stock, we will ship it within two working days of purchase.

Jewel out of stock / Pre-order : if it is out of stock, please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping for us to produce your piece. 

Tailor-made jewel : for a customized order, the designer takes the time to understand your needs first. Then she makes you three proposals with sketches and a selection of raw materials (silver/gold & stones) fitting it. You select the option meeting your wishes. Then the process of stone sourcing begins. 

For a truly bespoke piece, the timeline depends on stone sourcing and the design process. Make sure that we will provide our best efforts to meet your scheduling needs.

What is my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size as it is a personal preference.

Will my stones match the pictures on the website exactly?

Every stone is natural and unique, so color varies from stone to stone. Please let us know if you have any special requests pertaining to the color of your stone- while we cannot guarantee an exact replica of the stones, photographed, we want you to love the piece you get!
